Joining the BAT team in 2018, Steve is a Red Seal Parts and Warehouseperson. He is currently studying for CAPM Certification with PMI. Steve manages purchasing and procurement, BAT equipment and resources, yard operations, tracks and schedules fleet maintenance, and coordinates project mobilization and demobilization.

Trudy is a versatile and dedicated administrative leader. She has excelled at developing and implementing BAT’s office management systems while keeping valuable project information current. Trudy supports operations and works as a project coordinator, manages human resource coordination and administration, and fills any voids necessary to maintain efficient and smooth operations in the office and field.
Keith is an ASA certified nozzleman with over 17 years of shotcrete and shoring experience. He is a well-respected superintendent who is known for executing projects on time and budget. His ability to foresee and mitigate potential challenges before they are encountered keeps projects and crews moving along safely and productively.
